Shipping, Returns, Preorder & Turnaround Time Policies

SHIPPING POLICY:

  • SHIPPING/PROCESSING TIME IS AN ESTIMATED 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. After an order is dropped off at the Post Office is it out of my control.
  • Delivery Times: Customers should expect delivery to take up to 5 BUSINESS DAYS after shipping to receive their order.
  • SHIPPING/RECEIVING HOURS: 10am-8pm CST Monday-Friday.
  • SouthernBelles Co ISN’T responsible for invalid information provided by the customer and any additional shipping fees due to this will be the customer’s responsibility. If a package is returned to me, due to an insufficient address, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. If I receive a package back due to an insufficient address, I will reach out to the customer and they have a week to respond. If I don’t receive a response after a week, the order will be refunded minus the cost of shipping. 
  • We aren’t responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you think your package has been lost, please submit a claim to USPS. If your tracking shows “Delivered” and you haven’t received it, SouthernBelles Co ISN’T responsible. This issue must be resolved with USPS or your local law enforcement agency.

  • SouthernBelles Co can’t change or cancel an order once is it placed. All orders are FINAL SALE. Since all orders are final sale NO REFUNDS will be provided.
RETURN POLICY:
    • We do NOT accepting returns or exchanges. Thank you for understanding that after placing an order it is a FINAL SALE. This includes PREORDERS. 
    • Refunds: Since all items are final sale, no refunds will be provided.
    • If an item is damaged it needs to be reported to me within 24 HOURS of it being marked as delivered. If it isn’t reported within 24 HOURS then no replacement or store credit will be provided. 
    • MADE TO ORDER ITEMS: These are made based on what YOU order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on phone cases, felt freshies, car coasters, badge reels, etc due to them being made specifically for you. It is the CUSTOMERS responsibility to make sure they order the correct phone size, design, etc. If you realize you made a mistake when ordering, YOU MUST email us ASAP so we can get it corrected before your order ships.

TURNAROUND TIME POLICY:

  • In stock and Made to Order items have a TAT of 2-15 BUSINESS DAYS. PREORDER items have a stated TAT to ME in the title. We CAN’T rush these items. Thank you for your understanding!
  • Once an order is placed it CANNOT be cancelled. 

 

PREORDER POLICY:

    • PREORDERS have a stated TAT in the title and description, please be sure to read the stated TAT. No refunds or cancelations will be provided if you fail to read the stated TAT. 

    • If a preorder is delayed NO REFUNDS will be provided. 

    • As stated above, PREORDERS cannot be EXCHANGED or RETURNED. If you order the wrong size or it doesn’t fit NO exchanges, returns or refunds will be provided. If you ordered the wrong style NO exchanges, returns, or refunds will be provided, as I only order the sizes and styles that I receive orders for. It’s the CUSTOMERS responsibility to make sure they order the correct size, design, etc. If you realize you made a mistake when ordering, YOU MUST email us ASAP so we can get it corrected before your order ships. I am NOT responsible for you ordering the wrong size or style.

    • If your order contains BOTH preorder & ready to ship items, your order won’t ship until the preorder item comes in!
